To sign in use your Lutron email address. If you created a username in prior years that may still work, and your password is unique to the United Way. If you forgot your password, press the “forgot password” button to reset it. If you are a new employee who is responding for the first time, enter your lutron email address and follow the prompts for a “New User.”
